We used to sell a lot of Royal, Regal, and R+105 until Pearl Manna Water entered the market. Over time it became clear that most people can handle the higher strengths. Now Pearl Manna is the most popular strength.

Royal Manna was the “hammer” until the “Regal MannaR+105 and Pearl Manna were invented. This water has millions more oxygen units when compared to about 1400 oxygen units in regular water. If possible take a bath and put an unopened container of Pearl Manna in the water within 5 minutes the entire tub of water will be charged.

If you want an even better experience add some Miracle II Soap and Neutralizer to the water and stay in the tub for at least 20 minutes. It takes about that long to open the pores and release toxins. And when you’re done it’s advisable to shower off the soap.

If you drink oxygenated water you will also get oxygen on a cellular level from the inside/out and the outside/in. This expedites getting rid of the poisons, which is your goal.

What is Liquid Manna?

Liquid Manna is simply super-oxygenated premium spring water energetically charged.

It is believed that diseases cannot exist in an alkaline environment and oxygen is known to neutralize/eliminate excessive acidity and toxins. Poisons tend to displace oxygen; whereas oxygen turns away the poisons.

While this product is a fair discovery, the reports from those who use it have been miraculous. What we know is this… an ideal pH level is where your health lies.


How Liquid Manna Originated.

Since the late 1990s, I have used an off-the-shelf technology that had been developed by Rife, Tesla, and others over the last 100 years or so. It occurred to me then that I could take that little machine with me and if I were on a late-night trip, there was a way to feed myself oxygen. As a result, I could drive all night without yawning and falling asleep.

In 2004 I was working with the same technology to develop a detection device to locate IEDs that were killing our troops. I was able to finish that technology but haven’t built the actual unit just yet. During that time I was stricken with polymyalgia and was in 100% pain and at death’s door. The doctors finally diagnosed it and when asked about it, they said it was an inflammation of the blood vessels.

They didn’t know what caused it. If they didn’t know what caused it, how would they know which drug would solve the problem?

Then I learned how to use my previously-discovered technology to convert it for my body, and I was very quickly getting the medical profession out of my life.

The Bible tells me that I came out of a garden and not a chemistry lab. My basic country instincts told me that my healing would also come from the garden and not through the chemistry lab. Water seems to be a good way for the Lord to do it, eh?

No part of me was not in pain. I was at death’s door but was able to cheat death; and within 30 days of getting on my oxygen therapy, there was no more pain and it hasn’t been back to this date.

It became clear to me that oxygen is the healing fluid for all situations. That was my engineering evaluation of my situation and I saw no reason why it wouldn’t translate to other species of animals, fish, waterways, etc.

During this process, God showed me how to supersaturate the oxygen molecule. Everyone knows that can’t be done, but everyone also knows that bumble bees can’t fly. What does this mean? Water is very unstable, but when I did what I did, I was able to strengthen the valence orbit of the oxygen to a stable state. In other words, I was able to modify the molecular structure and cause the oxygen to remain in a steady state. It does not appear that this steady state of oxygen changes when bottled in either glass, plastic, or left in an open container. This is the part that no one in the world has been able to accomplish. Additionally, I have found out that if the water is wet; the oxygen is still in it at a higher level.

When I use this technology, I am working with energy levels. To give an example of what I mean, it is called “general vitality.” Oxygen levels can also be measured and the average person has a general vitality of between 450 – 600 and an oxygen level of maybe 900. A good grade of drinking water will possibly have an oxygen level of 1,400, so, when a 600 energy level is exposed to a 1,400 level of oxygen, through satisfying one’s thirst, we would expect a rise in energy level.

I have learned further that poisons displace oxygen in the body driving the pH down, but oxygen displaces poisons in the body, conversely driving the pH up. Ideally, a human’s pH should be between 7 and 8. All diseases require an acid environment to live and that is a pH of less than 7. Seven and above are in the alkaline range and diseases cannot live in an oxygen-rich environment.

I think the reason people are sick is that they are low on oxygen!

I started out raising the oxygen level to one million on my (proprietary) scale, then two million and on up. This level of oxygen is unheard of, but it is difficult to measure unless you have the right equipment. There is equipment, I am told, on the market that can measure it, but it seems that no one is going to build a million-dollar piece of equipment to measure something that supposedly can’t be done.

Anyway, I got the water to 20 million and left it for a time with no adverse reactions, so I raised it to 30 million. This seemed to work well, and a lot of folks got their immune system kicked back in and now don’t experience colds or flu during the winter months.

Then I wanted to design water that would be good for burn victims. Highly-oxygenated water has instant tissue-healing qualities about it, and it has worked on minor burns. So far I have not had the opportunity to get it into a burn unit.

People with stomach, bladder, and colon cancers have drank our water with much success. I am excited about it as I have had three hernia operations, one low that had to be repaired, and then an umbilical hernia where they did about a four-inch incision horizontally above my navel. All those scars have disappeared, so I know first-hand that the water has tissue-healing qualities. You can imagine what it would do to damage done on the inside of the body.

General Use Concepts

If you simply wish to raise your pH and increase your oxygen levels very quickly for optimum health drink a small amount of Regal Manna Daily.


To maintain high oxygen levels and probably a higher pH level, use the Regal in your drinking water daily. Note: Liquid Manna can be added to anything you drink . . . milk, juice, coffee, tea, etc.

To prepare Regal Liquid Manna: Mix ½ to 1 tablespoon into a gallon (3.8 liters) of non-chlorinated, good-quality water. Then drink as much as is comfortable throughout each day.

Soaking (Bath or Foot Bath)

When we had the three strengths of Manna we used to wrap tinfoil around the bottles to prevent intense migration of oxygen levels. (That tendency to migrate oxygen is precisely why you can receive such great benefits from putting an unopened bottle of Regal Manna into a bath.)

Let Regal Manna (unopened) float in the water while soaking your body for as long as possible, preferably at least 30 minutes. Do this 2 -3 times per week for best results.

An Overview of Oxygenated Water

There are three components needed to support human life: water, minerals, and oxygen.

Once upon a time, water was considered the most sacred of elements. And certainly, it is an integral element for the health of the body. Many studies concerning hydration establish that water is essential for all proper body functions, including skin and organ integrity, immune system balance, cellular respiration and repair, waste elimination, and overall body longevity. What is Oxygenated Water?

Oxygen is Essential for Healing

Oxygen is our greatest and first source of energy. It is the fuel required for the proper operation of all body systems. Only 10% of your energy comes from food and water, and 90% of your energy comes from oxygen.

Oxygen gives our body the ability to rebuild itself. Oxygen detoxifies the blood and strengthens the immune system. Oxygen displaces deadly free radicals, neutralizes environmental toxins, and destroys anaerobic (depleted of oxygen) bacteria, parasites, microbes, and viruses. The Good and Bad News About Your Oxygen Needs

Hypoxia, or oxygen starvation, over-stimulates the sympathetic nervous system causing heart rate increases and inviting eventual cardiac troubles. The heart must work harder to replace the oxygen it needs and eventually, it will collapse.

Oxygen depletion weakens our immune system, which leads to viral infections, damaged cells, growths, inflamed joints, serious heart and circulatory problems, toxic build-up in blood, and premature aging. Low oxygen allows damaged cells to multiply and form growths in our bodies because our cells are oxygen-deficient. If the cells in our bodies are rich in oxygen, mutated cells are less able to reproduce.

According to the Framingham study, your lungs will deteriorate 9-25% per decade unless you do something to maintain them. Exercise is mandatory; however, excessive stress in exercising can cause breathing blocks that invite inadequate levels of oxygen. The more we tighten up these “accessory” breathing muscles the more we cause the alveoli (where the oxygen goes into the bloodstream) in our lungs to begin to clog up with waste products. This will impede the body’s ability to absorb oxygen causing us to slowly suffocate as our life span shortens.

As our cells grow older, they lose their ability to carry oxygen. As the liver ages, it robs increasing amounts of oxygen reserves for detoxification, often leaving the other body systems with an oxygen shortage. When needed, the cells send signals to send more oxygen. Our brains need it most so when the body is in short supply, our brains suffer the consequences.

Primary oxygen intake is in the way we breathe. Next comes nutrition, then exercise, and then, barring severe toxicity, your breathing environment. Of course, if your present breathing environment is highly toxic, you will want to make it a priority above all others.

Fresh live foods and rainwater contain oxygen. Cooked foods and stagnant water have much less. Junk and cooked foods deplete oxygen stores. They use up more oxygen than they give off. Processed sugar, white flour, hamburgers, French fries, and pizza are major oxygen users. The Real Cause of Cancer and How to Stop It

Did you know that if you contract stage-4 cancer, conventional medicine has absolutely nothing that can cure you? Some time ago, the Congressional Record stated that no one has ever been cured at this late stage with chemo, radiation, surgery, or any combination of these. What’s worse, though, is that the government knows this is true and still gives orthodox medicine a government-granted monopoly on cancer treatment.

Fortunately, some mavericks risk their livelihood to offer treatments that can beat cancer at any stage. While some of them end up in prison or poverty, others fly below the government’s radar and make a huge difference in the way we fight cancer.

One such man was Otto Warburg, one of my greatest medical heroes. What he discovered about cancer more than half a century ago won him the Nobel Prize. But more importantly, it may spare your life.

Dr. Warburg was a brilliant German scientist who found the common denominator of all cancers. It’s a very simple thread that connects every cancer — and exposes cancer’s weakness. His meticulous research won him the Nobel Prize in 1931 and subsequent ground-breaking work earned him a second Nobel Prize offer in 1944. Unfortunately, the Nazis wouldn’t let him receive it.

Warburg studied cancer in real-time. That means he studied cells as they transformed from normal to cancer as it was happening. His incredible paper was called The Metabolism of Carcinoma Cells. It was published in America in the Journal of Cancer Research in 1925.

The connection he discovered was a common metabolic link in all cancers. It was not pesticides, preservatives, radiation, chemicals, poisons, or any other carcinogen. Wait a minute! Weren’t we taught to believe that carcinogens damage DNA and cause cancer by genetic injury? All of these are indeed factors. But they all lead to only one simple bottom line — they all prevent your cells from getting or using oxygen.

Warburg’s story is all about oxygen. You know that I, too, love to use oxygen to treat disease. It’s the stuff of life. Consume more oxygen and live longer. Consume less and your life will be shortened with more chronic degeneration. Just what kind of degeneration? Not just circulatory diseases and infections, but cancer!

Most doctors think that less oxygen simply means a heart attack or stroke. But Warburg proved it also can mean cancer. Here’s why: You know that your cells need to make energy. They do that by burning sugars and fats with oxygen. It’s sort of like the combustion engine, which burns gasoline and oxygen in your car’s engine. Deprive your car’s engine of gasoline or oxygen, and it will stop running. Warburg found that malignant tumors always have a degree of oxygen deprivation.

He also found that cancerous tumors produced far more lactic acid than benign tumors. Lactic acid is what cells produce when they burn sugar without enough oxygen. It’s also what yeast produces when it ferments. Warburg argued that cancer cells are essentially cells that are fermenting. As the degree of fermentation increases, so does the degree of malignancy.

So the next question is, “Why don’t you get cancer in your brain or heart when a clot forms cutting off the blood supply?” That kind of oxygen deficit will cause instant cell death — a heart attack or stroke.

Warburg found for cancer to develop, damaged cells must survive long enough for fermentation to start. Total oxygen deprivation means cell death and no subsequent degeneration due to cancer. So there’s a mysterious delay between a partial insult and the development of cancer. The length of this delay is different in different animals. In man, it can take several decades or it can happen much quicker.

Warburg emphasized that you can’t make a cell ferment unless a LACK OF OXYGEN is involved. In 1955, two American scientists, R.A. Malmgren, and C.C. Flanigan, confirmed Warburg’s findings. They found that oxygen deficiency is ALWAYS present when cancer develops.

Now here’s the real kicker. Warburg found that you can reverse fermentation simply by adding oxygen, but only if you do it early enough. He incubated cells in nitrogen, starving them of oxygen for regular but short periods. Starving the cells of oxygen caused them to begin fermentation. Restoring oxygen promptly enabled the cells to recover. But the longer they were oxygen-starved, the slower and less certain the recovery. With enough oxygen starvation, cells don’t recover. Once they reach a certain point, no amount of oxygen will return them to normal.

So all of this leads to the question: “Why do cells lose oxygen in the first place?” I mentioned earlier that poisons, preservatives, radiation, or other carcinogens all affect a cell’s ability to use oxygen, but there’s something far more common that has the same impact — glucose.

Warburg said that glucose brings a cell’s ability to use oxygen to a standstill. So if you flood your cells with glucose, your cells won’t get the oxygen they need to function correctly. That will begin fermentation, which leads to cancer. This is why I repeatedly call for you to avoid all refined foods. That’s the best way to stop the flood of glucose into your cells.

Now you know the underlying cause of cancer. The next question to consider is what we can do to enhance oxygen delivery. Well, one method is exercise with oxygen therapy (EWOT or multi-step therapy.)

And what about your diet? Warburg did a lot of work on vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients. He found that they help cells use oxygen more efficiently. Today, we know that vitamins and minerals are absolute requirements for your enzymes to work. When you’re deficient in nutrients, it impairs your cell’s ability to use oxygen and produce energy. The terms antioxidant and free radical go hand in hand. The prevailing wisdom in health and nutrition circles may explain why oxygen therapy and its vast potential are highly underrated.

The first misunderstanding occurs when the average knowledgeable person hears about ozone, stabilized oxygen, or hydrogen peroxide. Their automatic reaction is to associate these therapies with free radicals and then they mentally close down to a tremendous healing opportunity.

It is important to understand that all three of these common methods of oxygenation involve the release of a negatively charged oxygen molecule or O-ion. The oxygen-free radical that is associated with cellular damage is a positively charged oxygen ion or O+ molecule. When an oxygen molecule carrying an extra electron (O-) comes into the proximity of an oxygen molecule that is missing an electron (O+), the two instantly form a stable, beneficial O2 molecule. That means that oxygenation methods are free radical scavengers, contrary to the perception of casual observers.

Another misconception revolves around the term antioxidant. Every cell in your body is surrounded by a layer of fat called the lipid layer. When a person is improperly nourished, this lipid layer becomes impaired, and your white blood cells try to oxidize that cell to eliminate it because it is susceptible to viral invasion and infection.

Antioxidants are oxygen-regulating nutrients that keep the lipid layer surrounding the cell supple and healthy so that it can resist free radical activity. Any cell that cannot withstand free radical activity is unwelcome in your body. Therefore the term antioxidant is a bit of a misnomer since oxygen and antioxidants work together and not against each other.

Pathogens Cannot Exist in Oxygen

In the human body over 90% of all pathogens are anaerobic (liking no or low-oxygen environments because they metabolize sugar to get their energy from glycolysis.) If we examine our lifestyles, we find that over 50% of the population are shallow breathers. Couple that with spending a major percentage of our time each day working in buildings that recirculate the same old air without reasonable fresh air exchange which constantly depletes the available O2 and continuously increases carbon dioxide (CO2) — not to mention viruses and bacteria concentrations continuously proliferating due to low O2 levels.

Now, if all that isn’t enough, let’s look at the outdoor environment. Oxygen is 50% of the earth’s crust — 47% of the earth’s soil is supposed to be our planet’s oxygen reserve, 42% of all vegetation is composed of oxygen, 85% of seawater is oxygen, 46% of igneous rock is oxygen, and 65% of our body is oxygen.

Plant photosynthesis is the primary vehicle for replacing oxygen. However, with the daily destruction of the rain forests and other great forests from acid and alkaline rain, industrialization, the burning of fossil fuel for heat, electricity, and transportation, heavy utilization of herbicides and pesticides (1.6 billion tons per year (10 lb. for every man, woman, and child yielding more cancer-causing agents for a one-year-old child than the EPA recommends for a lifetime) our rich oxygen atmosphere has diminished from 32% to as little as 12-13% in some large cities – an average of 19 to 21% by volume overall. If our atmosphere drops below 7% oxygen, oxygen respiration cannot continue and anaerobic life will flourish.

The famous marine explorer, Jacques Cousteau, warned us over forty years ago that the oceans were dying due to pollution. The ocean plankton and rainforest vegetation are the world’s main sources of re-oxygenation. We can spend hundreds of billions of dollars on things that pollute the earth and almost nothing on regeneration. Simultaneously, our bodies and respiratory systems struggle from the same assault from toxic amounts of tar, acid, smoke, rubber, carbon, hydrocarbons, toxic heavy metals, and bacteria and viruses that thrive in a low-oxygen environment.

In his 1930s book, Toxemia Explained, Dr. J.H. Tilden explained to his patients that anaerobic microorganisms:

a. Gnawed away at the joints causing inflammatory diseases such as arthritis.

b. Give off calcium waste products that cement bones together and lodge in the kidneys, liver, and circulatory (ever heard of calcium channel blockers for high blood pressure) system.

c. With bile, form stones in the kidney, liver, and gallbladder, as well as deposit plaque on vein and arterial walls (high blood pressure and varicose veins.)

d. Cling to the lining of the nervous system and cause shorts in the transmission of electrical messages from the brain.

e. Can attack and infiltrate cells restricting blood and oxygen supply to the point that the cell loses specific function and potentially becomes cancerous.

Otto Warburg, the recipient of the Nobel Prize in 1931 and again in 1944 for his discovery of oxygen and hydrogen-transferring enzymes said, “Cancer has only one prime cause. It is the replacement of normal oxygen respiration of the body’s cells by an anaerobic cell, i.e., oxygen deficiency.”

Some leading-edge practitioners now believe that cancer is a fungus caused by Candida.

More on Oxygen Therapy

According to the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA), in March 1888, “during the lightning storm, the high potential electricity produces hydrogen peroxide.” When there is high potential electricity over oxygen it converts oxygen into ozone (O3), this ozone oxidizes environmental pollutants and cleans the air. Water is H2O, hydrogen peroxide is H2O2. God knew what he was doing, have no doubt! When ultraviolet light from the sun penetrates the oxygen layer around the earth, it turns O2 into O3. Ozone is a bluish gas and that is why the sky is blue when the air is clean!

In 1870, Andrew Smith, MD, won the essay prize from the Alumni Association of the College of Physicians and Surgeons, NY, for his article entitled, Oxygen Gas as a Remedy for Disease. Dr. Smith cited the French physician Caillens as being the first doctor to administer oxygen as a treatment in 1783. Since that time, many experts have concluded that the lack of oxygen at the cellular level in human cells and tissue is linked to a huge variety — if not all — of health problems and diseases. Otto Warburg proved it. Various supplement therapies, from ozone to hydrogen peroxide have been reported to have remarkable and even astounding results. However, these therapies should ONLY be attempted under the supervision of an experienced healthcare professional.

Oxygen is the only element capable of combining with almost every other element to form essential life components such as proteins, carbohydrates, and water that produce energy, defend against pathogens, and repair tissue.

Today, we know that 90% of the body’s oxygen comes from the lungs, while skin respiration represents about 2% of the oxygen, and the remaining comes from ionic transfer from food and internal processes. Researchers studying breathing exercises and their effects on disease indicate that oxygen saturation of the cells has a positive benefit to the tissues of the entire organism and defends against pathogenic disease.

The average person’s diet today is high in processed foods that are concentrated in saturated fats, sugars, and chemical additives while being low in fiber, oxygen, enzymes, and water. At rest, the human body uses 250 ml of oxygen per minute. Healthy lungs can provide up to 608 0ml of oxygen per minute. When we are very active, the body uses 3,000 to 4,000 ml of oxygen per minute. However, when we are compromised with bad diets, environmental pollution, the need for certain pharmaceutical drugs, and overloaded with stress, an acid condition can set in which would require up to 50% of our oxygen to be utilized in defense rather than energy production. With everything that each one of us must cope with daily, oxygen supplementation is not only essential but is becoming the thrust of scientific and medical research.

In 1920, the first stabilized oxygen was invented and considered by experts to be the greatest breakthrough in medical history. Dr. William F. Koch, MD, PhD was praised by the Board of Trustees of the American Medical Association. Dr. W. Dow, founder of Dow Chemical, called Dr. Koch “the greatest living doctor, a modern Pasteur.”

Dr. Edward C. Rosenow, Bacteriological Research, Longview Medical Hospital, Cleveland, Ohio, Professor Emeritus, Experimental Bacteriology, Mayo Foundation, and several other famous doctors and researchers have studied the effect of increasing the body’s oxygen by oral applications of hydrogen peroxide and ozone therapies.

Professor and Doctor of Medicine, Nasser Drakhsan of Heinrich Heine University, Dusseldorf, Germany was influenced by the cardiovascular surgeon A. Pakdaman in 1967 to research the use of oxygen as a therapy. Pakdaman developed a process that was successful in enriching water up to 60 mg O2/L. Before that time, only 10 mg O2/L had been achieved. His process used an ion physical linkage of molecular O2 and H2O molecules. His research revealed that the oxygen-rich water decreased nitrates, reduced oxidative stress, increased oxygen levels, and assisted the body in the removal of toxins, especially the effluents of the chemical industry and agriculture.

Double-blind studies done with Pakdaman’s oxygen-enhanced water demonstrated significant improvement in blood and immune system function. “Oral oxygen therapy,” he says, “is not widely used. It is surprising that the therapy, which has no side effects and does not need constant doctor’s supervision, has not found a wider audience.”

Dr. Pakdaman found that “oral oxygen is absorbed by diffusion and osmosis through the cells in the stomach and intestines and reaches the body’s blood circulation through the portal vein. Such additional oxygen can perform all the same functions as the oxygen absorbed through the lungs. Energies are increased and quality of life can be improved.”

Most oxygen supplements use oxychloride or hypochlorite compounds to bond the oxygen molecules. Unfortunately, these compounds generally contain high concentrations of chlorites, chlorine dioxide (ClO2), and chlorates (ClO3). There is some evidence that these chemicals may convert to their nascent state, releasing O2 into the body, when acted upon by the hydrochloric acid (HCl) of the stomach. Dr. Arthur Guton’s research has revealed that oxygen passes out of the red blood cells and into the plasma to be transferred to the cells for utilization. The cells then pass CO2 (carbon dioxide) back to the plasma for transfer to the red blood cells in an exchange process. The plasma holds about 3% of the dissolved oxygen in the blood, and the hemoglobin carries the remaining 97%.

A Duke University study (March 1996) decisively proved the actual mechanism of oxygen transport in the blood directly to the tissues and how oxygen is acquired and released by both the plasma and the lungs.
